I recently took the intro class with a friend. I was worried it was going to be hard or I wasn’t going to be able to grasp the bungee aspect of it. I was surprised how fun this class was!!! I definitely burned some calories and was sore the day of. The instructor was super nice and so helpful explaining the positions in the bungee and the actual moves. She was even available after class to answer questions. I can’t wait to try level 1 this week!!!

I was watching YouTube when I saw a bungee class that looked super fun! So I googled to see if Sacramento offered something similar and ran into Flying High Sling Bungee! I went to one of their classes and it was two staff members and three of us taking the class. I didn’t mind the small class at all. It actually helped me grasp the routine fairly quickly! At the end of the class we had a chance to talk to the instructor and the other lady who signed us in (I believe they are the owners of the place as well). They said that they just opened beginning of November and talked about the process of opening up the very first Bungee fitness class in the Sacramento area, which is awesome! The class was super fun and I was breathing very heavily which I didn’t think would have happened lol. I tracked my workout and burned 200 calories within 20 minutes! The place looks awesome and the two ladies were super nice! My only con is the times of the classes and the length of each session. I Wish there were later times for the level 1 class and a little longer routine to last the 45 mins. It is understandable though because they just opened. I am sure they will need more clientele first in order to have more available classes and to get used to teaching the routines to fine tune how to approach each class. I hope for the best for this company I’m sure they will be successful and I can’t wait to sign up monthly when later times are available!

Great intro class!
I like how careful they were in the setup - at first, the harness was too tight, but I wouldn’t have known that without their careful consideration and questions. I would’ve just assumed it was supposed to hurt.
It was really fun trying out the moves and they did a good job of clearly explaining the moves and making sure everyone understood.
I look forward to trying a Level 1 class!
