My son absolutely loved this. My husband and I were laughing the whole time at how cute it was! This gentleman who helped our son was so gentle and sweet with him. I am unsure of his name but hopefully whoever runs this can tell who it is by this picture. He was the perfect worker for a fun little spot like this for kids and I was pleasantly surprised by his kindness towards our son! We will definitely let our son do this every time we come to Ontario mills. Absolutely worth the $20 for 5 minutes of fun!

Was super fun for my kids birthday, they had a blast. We had so much fun the guy almost forgot to lay, my.4 year old absolutely loved it after cake art the rainforest cafe.

While we were waiting there was a baby on there that could not speak. All he could say was no. He was screaming bloody murder nono no. His dad thought it was because he was scared. My kid got on snd after one minute asked to get down because it was too painful. Dont put your kids on if they cant talk snd articulate their discomfort and pain. Workers were visibly annoyed we asked to get down

My daughter's enjoyed their time. However only 2 stars because we quotes and they took 2 boys before my daughters and one had to wait then took 2 more kids while one of my daughters still waited stating its about weight yet my daught weighed in about the same as the boy that just came off. Not cool at all

My son loves going here like 2x a week. Before it was $15 for 5 mins, now they raised the price to $20 for 5 mins. I told my son we can now only do it once a week cos it’s too expensive.

The worker here is horrible. He let’s some kids in and some not in. He should be fired. We waited in line with my 11 year old daughter and he REFUSED to let her jump and let other kids go in front of her even though she met ALL requirements. When I asked why, he told me to go and that he’s closed. Horrible service.
