Matt and his team at Tandem BASE Moab are amazing from start to finish with your whole BASE jumping experience! It started by Matt helping me personally with a logistical challenge before even getting to the jump site, which he didn’t have to do, so I was appreciative from the “jump”.? Thanks again! The hike up to TOMBSTONE was shorter than I expected and filled with incredible scenery including 1000+ year old petroglyphs Matt and his team pointed out as well as other remarkable picture taking opportunities. At the top of TOMBSTONE, time is taken to soak in the breathtaking views and go over safety precautions, procedures and redundancies of the jump. Then, it’s time to gear up and feel the adrenaline REALLY coming in to the situation! Walking out to the cliffs edge attached to Matt was…challenging, but we fed off of each other’s energy: he rose to my seemingly required level of hype but was so chill, I was able to BRIEFLY calm down to soak in the experience! Both the jump and landing were executed perfectly! Along the way, I realized Matt and I were both East Coasters, went to rival high schools and Temple University! Small world! He even recommended where to eat SEVERAL TIMES while I stayed in Moab and suggested where to mountain bike ride and hike…Fisher Towers is a MUST SEE! Overall, the experience from start to finish was professional, fun and enjoyable!! I can’t wait to do it again! Yes…AGAIN!! Thanks Matt and Tandem BASE Moab team!!

First things first: my husband and I LOVED it! It was an absolutely incredible and unforgettable experience! And we would definitely jump again with the Tandem BASE Moab team! 1000% recommended, it’s so much fun!
From the beginning the communication with Matt and Ryan regarding the organization was super easy. We had to reschedule our Moab trip last minute and it was no problem at all.
The hike to Tombstone was beautiful and super fun. We jumped with Nick and Mitch and felt so safe during the whole preparation process and the jump itself! Their calmness, passion and enthusiasm helped us to calm our nerves and made it to one of the best experiences we ever had! Many thanks again! you guys rock!

I had the most incredible experience with Tandem BASE Moab! After watching videos for six months and thinking I was too chicken to try BASE jumping, I made a last-minute decision to do it while in Moab. Matt was able to fit me in the next day. The 45-minute hike to Tombstone wasn’t as bad as I expected, and the time flew by as we all joked with each other along the way.

What made the experience even better was how comfortable and prepared I felt. Matt went over all the procedures multiple times, which really put me at ease. The views from the top were absolutely breathtaking, and when it was time to jump, I felt confident and ready to go. The jump itself was amazing—everything happened so fast, and before I knew it, we were safely back on the ground.

The photos and video turned out awesome and I can’t stop smiling looking at them.

I never imagined BASE jumping would be something I’d consider doing, but this experience was unforgettable. I highly recommend Tandem BASE Moab to anyone looking for an adventure of a lifetime!

“Trust the process.” ?

A year or so ago when I first came to Moab, I saw the signs for tandem BASE jumping and was intrigued. I’ve never felt called for bungee jumping or skydiving, but leaping off a 500 ft cliff? Yes. Especially here in this beautiful mecca of all things outdoors.

Visualizing the jump in my mind over and over again helped to calm my nerves. It felt surreal to be up there on “Tombstone Rock” and then actually taking the leap.

Huge thanks to the @tandembasemoab crew and my jump buddy Mitch, for making it happen on short notice. Their professionalism and guidance made me feel confident literally every step of the way off the edge. 11/10 would do again and recommend to a friend. Better than coffee in the morning, for sure!

Tandem Base far exceeded my boyfriend's and my expectations in every possible way. I’ve always been curious about extreme sports but hesitated to book an excursion while on vacation. After watching a video of Tandem Base, showcasing how comfortable they made one client feel, I was sold. Her excitement was palpable, and it was clear she felt safe with her instructor.

After showing my boyfriend the video, we called Tandem Base and, within 30 minutes, had our jump scheduled for that afternoon. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Matt, Nick, Mitch, Kate, and Katie—a fantastic team of professionals who immediately put us at ease. Their personable nature helped build trust before strapping ourselves to one of them before jumping off a 500-foot cliff! Safety was clearly their priority; they even had a nurse on-site just in case. Not once did we feel nervous throughout the entire experience - other than when we were about to do our final jump! Even then, it was a sense of adrenalin and a rush of excitement that was felt rather than a fear of nerves or safety jumping off “Tombstone Rock”.

I can’t thank the entire team enough for an unforgettable experience. The memories, along with the amazing 360-degree videos we received, will last us a lifetime! If you're considering an adventure during your trip to Moab, Utah—don’t hesitate! Tandem Base is a must-do. You won’t regret it!

Matt, Mitch, and Ryan were all great guides! From the time my wife and I booked our jump, communication was as good as it gets. Matt had told us that he would be in touch as our date approached and he followed through with his words.The professionalism and experience of the guys stood out as well. From the start, I could tell that we would be in good hands with the guys. My wife was really uneasy at times as her jump approached but Matt was excellent at keeping her calm and making her feel comfortable and I was able to watch my wife do something she was not 100% comfortable with because of him. My personal guide Mitch was awesome as well. Great instructions and also made me feel at ease with my jump. From the time my wife and I arrived at the jump site and got out of our vehicle we began to talk with the guys and they were easy to talk to and it was if we already knew each other and that was great. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and I would do it all over again. Big thanks to all the guys!

Oh my goodness, where do I even begin?! I need everyone reading this to know how special and f**king amazing Tandem BASE Moab is. My experience went above and way beyond than my expectations. Communication with Matt was incredibly prompt and positive. I felt very supported even before meeting him in person. The hike up to Tombstone was gorgeous and it was fun getting to know one another. Everything felt safe and well organized. Matt was able to accommodate me by providing transportation. His enthusiasm, authenticity and kindness really fueled the experience as well. I 110% intend on returning and hope whoever is reading this will choose them for your next adventure!

The team at Tandem BASE jump are legit and top notch!! My husband and I both BASE jumped. You start with a hike to the top of Tombstone which is beautiful. Not gonna lie, I was pretty nervous going into it. However, the team was phenomenal in being supportive and uplifting but first and foremost they made us feel safe!! My jump was with Matt and he made me feel comfortable from the get go. If you get the chance - do it! Most epic day ever!!
