Went for a birthday party ?. Had to re-register as our waiver had expired. We were given wristbands and were able to head in. It was very busy. Very large area and lots of kids with "observers" on their phones. I followed my grandson around the facility. He had an absolute blast there. There are seating areas. The sofas are very low in probably need to be replaced, maybe with sturdy benches that have backs.
If you look at the party plans which can be pretty pricey, the times didn't correlate with the times for this particular party.
I would definitely recommend this business for kid parties (if you can afford it) or even just to play.

We paid $60 for one hour. This included 2 adult passes and 1 child pass even though we went during early bird hours. Upstairs dining area was closed, obstacle course was closed, and a downstairs area closed, too.

Floors were dirty, things held up by duct tape, areas closed off with tarp, garbage around the floor, and ceiling looks like it’s breaking off. We did have fun but I don’t see why they are charging so much money. When other parks are way bigger/cleaner.

Also they have their own camp here and it was overrun with so many kids, even though we went very close to opening hours. I don’t think it’s fair to charge full price when they are also operating a camp. The camp kids kept cutting in line, pushing other kids. Too busy and dirty for us

Kids always have a great time. Very family friendly and for kids and adults of any age. The one thing I was surprised of, my son fell and no workers were looking or watching the parkour area.I am glad I saw him and went to his aide. But I think there should be a worker at each area for safety.

Birthday party was on the 2nd floor, no accessibility so we had to eat alone on 1st floor. There was a ramp going to the play area but didn't need to go there.
Didn't have any food selection at the concessions. Wanted to order nachos, was told there wasn't much cheese. Ordered pretzel, was told there wasn't any. Basically there wasn't any hot food available on the menu.
Any positive? Yes. It was nice & cool. Music selection on loud speaker wasn't bad. Lots of openness.

My grandson had a great time.
It's clean and well organized. The young man at the refreshment station was helpful and friendly, just a pleasure to see responsible young adults working and being friendly

Planning a party? I suggest the other guys. Defy has no seating. There are 4 tables in the common area each with 3 chairs. If you have a group lager than that plan on renting a room. Concessions? What are concessions when I called and asked if they had concessions they said no? Wait what are concessions? You know food and drink, oh oh no no food and drink you have to bring your own everything, water, pop, plates forks everything. Then we get there with coolers in tow to find 4 tiny tables, a giant vacant lobby that could clearly hold wayyyyyy more tables yet there are only 4 tables. The cost for 90 min jump is clearly no worth the amount of time a parent has to be completely uncomfortable and miserable the entire time their child is jumping. Doesn't make sense since the parents are the ones fitting the bill. My suggestion to ownership, put more tables out, sell pizza at your "concessions" stand which by the way does exist, because children these days have no idea what the word means. Sell more than soda, icees and pretzels. The company would make more money. Happy parents would likely spend more there if they had the actual option too. As for parties here, I would go else where. I will stick with the other guys.

This place is excellent for a birthday party or just to have your kids play in air conditioning. This review is specifically for the summer camp program.

We signed up our kids for the one-week camp, expecting the regular, full-access of the indoor play area. But apparently they only have limited access for the camp participants (non-campers can still use the whole park).

My kids have been excited all summer, but on the first day at pick up they looked like deflated balloons. The area they could access was too small for the group, and got boring pretty quickly. They said there wasn’t much in the way of organized activities or games. They could either play in the restricted area, or do a craft project (which they declined).

If I had known that there was such a small play area, we wouldn’t have signed up. This will definitely be a one-and-done camp experience.
