I have to say the one who is responsible to book the reservations for that place is very rude. I won’t be calling up there anymore. That guy just need to get another job or get trained how to be customer friendly. Because he is not the one.

Like its not hard, im sorry that you chose this job and your upset you have to work here! How about not being so inconsiderate and rude to your customers the reason you have a job is because i chose to shop here! This is the perfect example of miss used dod mwr recreational funds some employees are good but for the most part they act as if its a hassle to do their job. I have never had customer service this bad before, and im not one to use the fact im a soldier but come on at least give me a little bit of common decency as a person and a customer let alone as a service member away from their family in a foreign country

Zero stars if anything, poor customer service and hostile employee’s. Lack of empathy and customer consideration. You are here to serve soldiers not make things stressful for them. This is a recreational environment used for them to relax.

Not a bad place. You mostly can always find a lane without waiting, but there are a few things that bothered me last few trips. The bumper lanes for kids are worn out and some times you need to give it a kick to fully come out, lol. But there is a new pool table area that's been added that nice and the the coffee shop in the back serves pretty good food as well. Or you have burger King and a Chinese food place attached as well. All in all it s good place to bowl just wish they would fix their equipment better.

Terrible experience

More then half of the lanes are “broke”. The waitlist to get a lane is biased. Was told that there phone is broken yet people where still able to call to make reservations… what? Call the number that is on Google and on MWR website and the person that answers is the base telephone operator. Customer service is non existent. Food was served to us still frozen. The cashier was so rude and smelled like alcohol. When asked for them to fix our food or give us a refund. The cashier acted like there was nothing he could do and a manger wasn’t available.

They have one person working in their kitchen on a Saturday afternoon. It took 35 minutes for an order of hot wings and French fries. We need to do better Army MWR
