I STRONGLY DON’T RECOMMEND.
It was supposed to be a fun first experience for my son, these guys are are very impatient and picky with consumers, they’re very good with others. Initially, we were over passed on the que, we paid first but we got our turn late, we considered that, we’re not in a rush anyway just enjoying the moment. Then my son had his go for the First Time, did not get enough support from the staff assisting him, he even pulled my son’s legs twice that my son was about to cry ( VERY IMPATIENT) the he left him hanging, the lady staff (sarcastically) told us we can go up on the trampoline and help our son, me and my husband we’re both shocked cause we thought they will assist my son since it’s his first time, same as how they treated others, but unfortunately NOT. Another staff came and helped us, I don’t know what’s her nationality/name , she helped my son experience and explore more.

Piece of advice:

* Do not choose consumers, every kid no matter what their nationality has the right to enjoy and be treated equally.

*Do not choose consumers, everyone has the capacity to pay and get quality service.

Note: On this photo, my husband trying to help my son get the best experience he can instead of these guys. Disgraceful behaviour!

Had our 3 girls on here and they had the absolute best time! My youngest is 4, she was scared at the start and they were so patient and understanding and got her up and jumping and having a blast in a couple minutes. Attentive, engaged, staff were excellent, couldn't fault the experience at all!

Visited today for our son to try as it is his first time. Great for first 2 mins.. but later the guy who assisted my son just left. The other lady who collects payment told us we can go ourselves to assist our son instead. Well its fine, but all I can say is they have no patience for first timers? Can also feel racism there, as they’re only good with white people. Thanks to the other lady assistant who assisted us on the last minute (she’s not white).

The man that seemed to be the owner was quite aggressive in front of myself and my children. He was complaining to other customers about how he “just wanted to get out of there for the day” and said the swine to us. So inappropriate for a family entertainment. We left and will never go back, he doesn’t get our money.

Great fun had by our 7 kids. The staff were supper supportive and engaged. Big thumbs up!!
