I recently had an incredible experience with Bungee Fit while celebrating a bride-to-be, and it was nothing short of amazing! From start to finish, the session was filled with energy, excitement, and laughter.

The instructors were fantastic—friendly, professional, and motivating. They made sure everyone felt comfortable and confident. The activities were well-planned and varied, offering a great mix of fun and fitness. We got a fantastic workout while having a blast, and the unique bungee exercises added an extra layer of excitement to the celebration.

I loved my experience at Bungeefit. The people are friendly and helpful. Especially the water girl!? They have different levels of workout intensities. Of course, I started out as a beginner! It is worth trying. I had a lot of fun and felt the burn.

Ok, so this is legit fun. And, a hell of a workout! It is actually for all fitness levels and not near as scary as I thought it was going to be. The instructor walked us through everything before we did any movement. The bungee is not only fun but provides stability and helps work muscles that you didn't know existed. It was very clean, and I felt safe and in control the whole time. Plus, I didn't die! I would highly recommend giving bungee fit a try!

I’ve done several class at Bungee Fit and it is hands down my favorite workout. Every instructor is wonderful, and I especially love Kelsey! Definitely recommend for anyone wanting to try something new!

It was good, the ladies were very friendly. I felt like we did more learning about the exercises then doing the exercises though. I have a really bad ankle so I wasn't able to do what I wanted and what everyone else was doing but it was a great experience.

Bungee Fit is the best!! It's a killer cardio/strength training workout all while being the most fun I've ever had while working out. The owner Kelsey is the kindest, most fun person I've ever met, and the rest of the staff are amazing as well. They truly treat you like family. I was really struggling to find something that motivated me to workout, but I've proudly been a bungee fit member for close to one year now, without any major leaves of absence! I never thought I would find something that truly lights my fitness fire, but bungee fit has done that, and I'm forever grateful to have a place to call home.

Everyone at Bungee Fit is so supportive and truly just a bright spot in my week. People in my life regularly comment on how happy I seem from going to bungee and spending time with all the staff and members there! While burning around 500 calories in an hour is great, and it’s awesome that it is a fun workout. It is the people that keep me driving 30 miles each way after a long workday just to bungee for an hour.
