The Instructor was very experienced. She was sweet, kind and respectful to the girls of 8 and 10yrs old. The staff were very accommodating and fun! My granddaughters had a blast, we all had a great experience. Thank you

My daughter came for a school field trip and had a BLAST! Every one of the staff was amazing, but we are especially grateful for Terrell! He made the experience SO FUN for the kids. So patient, funny, kind and helpful! We will absolutely be back with the family!

Extreme physical risk, there is a case of someone being in a coma for years due to a broken neck!
All the employees are not paid liveable wages and get treated really poorly. They get used in positions that will be promised to them but never fulfilled then discarded so easily like you haven't put 10 years of your life into it. While one of the owners I believe Mickey left a question on a team safety quiz of what his next ferrari color should be. This is another corporation that is tone deaf and doesn't actually care if their employees can pay to live in the city it is located in.
Most of the employees have to rent a room or share living spaces together because they don't pay a living wage (including the General Manager position) and even then you need a cosigner because 2 full incomes from this place of employment won't qualify you anywhere near the location. They prey on people who want free flight (it is an expensive and adrenaline filled sport) time as a perk but no alternative. They also don't actually give you any of your uniforms, once you are not working there anymore, you have to leave your custom suit. It is a very bizarre situation and most people don't know to tip or won't because the initial cost is so expensive the average customer probably assumes their getting paid more than they are, considering the risk you wouldn't expect them to be getting paid less than an in-n-out employee.

I have to say that I don’t like giving many places a 1 star but boy did this deserve it right off the bat. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. My call was regarding a few questions such as what time can I arrive by (such as if I’m a few minutes late as I wanted to bring some people who are out of town straight from the airport). And what happens if I’m 15 mins late? And can they take walk in’s same day. I had the rudest gentleman speak down to me as if I was some illiterate person. I just had questions and he’s treating me as if I don’t have any basic manners and I said something rude to him. I hung up the phone after him giving me enough attitude. Regardless 0 stars, terrible customer service, and will not be attending because of this behavior.
