These are number 1 fraudsters. First they give offer to book for 549, but they never confirm, even if they do they'll simply post pone giving one or the other reason. And after a while, they stopped responding to phone calls and emails. So I decided to go to the place. It's shut down permanently. There is a new railway line that's is being constructed and this place cannot be accessed anymore. I took the risk of going through another route. But no access. This place in Bangalore is shut down forever. These guys should refund the money, rather they ran away. This entire bungyman company is a huge scam. They should be arrested.

I have all details, all proofs. ready to change my review. But I paid them when they were launching but they till date have kept on delaying and never gave me my slot despite my booking being confirmed. I kept emailing them but I never got the chance to bungy jump. The payment is made, I have the bill, technically they're hanging by a strand between faud and technical issues. If they do respond with honesty and are ready to give my money back, I will change my feedback but if not, then this company is a fraud for me. If they want proofs, I have all mails that I sent with my order ID. I can share all the info needed.

I had my booking on 28/July/21 at 10 am. They expect you to be half an hour early there. my case it was 9:30 Am. Just cordinate with team and tell them that you are on the way they will adhere to it.
The location is right in google maps however at the last 1 km or so it will be a forest, bad roads and confusing as well as you will be able to see tower but path to it is untraceable.
Directions for ease for who ever reads this review :
- Follow this maps till you cross a railway gate, maps will tell you to take a left but don't roads are horrible, muddy . Didnt wanna risk my car.
- Keep going straight and take left you will see a Isuzu service center on right.
- Continue going straight ( Do not take any left after crossing isuzu ) keep going STRAIGHT, bad roads you will experience but still keep going STRAIGHT. You will reach the tower eventually.

Experience :
Team is super cool and friendly, they will help you with all the form filling process.
There's a Slow tortoise lift which takes you till top very slowly.
Depending on your weight there will be different ropes.
The Final Moment - Once you stand there you will feel afraid but trust the ropes, you know you will be safe so breathe and relax.
The guy behind you will be like 3,2,1... and Jump !!
I won't say anything beyond this, feel it yourself.

I Reserved the jump for 399 early bid back an year ago however keep an eye out for their instagram page for offers.
Book the video offer at 699 in their own website by paying 99 at online and remaining at the jump.
If you directly visit without booking its 999 (can save 300 here) .
However i upgraded myself to drone video, Total in at 1k you are settled at a drone + Normal Videos. Total they give you 5 videos .
3 from Top (drone included) , 1 from bottom , 1 review video which they ask you to say about experience.
Drone they use is DJI should be spark or mini.

Good Luck on the Jump, Don't back out at any time, Remember Trust the Ropes and you are safe.

Edit : if you have GoPro or insta360 you can use it. They won't charge you extra. I had gopro but my battery died at that time. If you have one. Use it.

Wonderful experience roads that leads to this place is off-road for 1km
Both car and bike can come here
I had booked last year due to lockdown it wasn't open recently a month back they had opened
I came here and experienced it best experience in my life this was my 1st jump
Total cost ----- 799 pre-booked online which included 2 dslr videos top angle and bottom
One t shirt and bungee certificate
If u want drone video they charge 499 extra
Immediately after jump they will send the video to your phone by cable or if u have pendrive or memory card they will transfer it to you
Note - they measure all safety standards
They check the weight before jump and arrange the ropes according to the weight
Max weight is 120 kg
They won't allow your mobile to shoot strictly banned inside the campus
GoPro insta 360 or any action camera is allowed
So what are you waiting for go and experience once

Really disappointed with their service. I had booked a slot, they did not call and mention that the session is cancelled. Once I called them to confirm, they informed that the trainer has covid and session will be cancelled. It has been months now neither I have received a call back regarding availability or any other information.

I WANT MY REFUND and when I am trying to call the number from the website, it says - number doesn't exist. This whole place looks like SCAM. Beware people before you book your slots, you will be loosin your money.

Tbh I'm very disappointed with the entire service.

I've been trying to reach them on the contact number provided on their website, sadly it isn't connecting. Gets automatically disconnected after 1 ring.

I had booked the tickets about almost a year back in 2020 and they've been asking me to reschedule the slots everytime by saying the tower was under construction, lockdown, someone from the crew turned COVID positive and so on. I was told by one the agents that they'll be contacting me to let me know the available dates for jump and I don't have to do it myself on the website. The last time i spoke to them was in the month of September and I haven't heard back from them since then.

I'm afraid whether I've been scammed.

These people are fraud, I reserved jump 1 year ago, and everytime they postpone my jump and schedule it 2 month later, when the day come for the jump they postpone it again.

They are not refunding my amount but scheduling the jump anymore and now a days they are not even answering the call.

Total fraud and scam. Don't waste your money.
