I love buying house plants from Lowes, except I found that most indoor plants they sell are poisonous to animals. Now, I haven't checked everyone, but the 4 I bought are.

Do not ever buy an appliance here. The delivery drivers smelled of drugs and refused to install the washer and dryer. Instead they left them in my 80 year old father’s living room. Lowe’s then rescheduled them to come back and install two days later at which time they never showed up. Again it was rescheduled for the next Monday and again the install team never showed up. The third party delivery company is absolutely trash and I hold Lowe’s responsible for contracting and partnering with such a poor customer facing company.

Lowe’s is always hit or miss with staff and products. Sometimes I can go in and come out with 2 carts full and a big smile on my face and other times I come out with one item biting my tongue from the rude staff. Just depends who’s working at that time I guess. We all have bad days which I get but if you hate your job so much that you make everyone else miserable everytime you work, time to find other employment. Just my personal opinion. Also the cashier that helped me with this huge purchase is awesome and she deserves a raise!

Update!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have to update from 1 star to 4 stars. I brought unit back in morning since I couldn’t get off my truck without help. The morning crew along with the managers were so very nice to work with it was like that never happened the night before. I had a feeling that they would have more common since and see that I was taken care of like a human being.
DO NOT PURCHASE USED APPLIANCES from LOWES, THEY LIE D about what was actually wrong with it. It’s more than just a DENT!!I.
I purchased a “ Dented” dryer on the 25 th of Oct at my Local Lowe’s in Sonora. I asked several people if it was only a Dent because it had a bit of lint in the tray. I was told they test them and would not put anything on the floor that did not work. Based on a Dent, I purchased. Once I got it home at 9 pm I waited until my son could help me unload and carry upstairs for install. A very busy Saturday for him as he was in the process of moving himself so I waited until am Sunday for him to install. After install it turned on but had blinking lights. After trying numerous things, he found out the belt was off the drum and that is when I told him to help me load it for return the next day. When returning back to Lowe’s on Monday, Aimee the manager told me it’s now been over 48 hours and it’s not refundable. She said I was out of luck. I feel I was lied to by Lowe’s. I even said a store credit would be fine as I spend a lot of money here as I just moved to Sonora. Very Disappointed. Bait and switch.

Lowe’s would’ve got a four Stars but, the beautiful shaded areas where I would park by the garden center and Now filled with merchandise. Shaded spots are now few and far between. I am handicapped, and that was why I went to the spots by the garden area. I did appreciate the sales people on the floor asked me if I needed anything.

I am so thankful for the staff at Lowe’s! I needed to exchange an item but didn't have my receipt or my husband’s card. Sandra was able to locate my purchase and help with my exchange hassle free!

So I tried to give them another chance! They failed again. I've been left hanging for over 32 hours of waiting for deliveries that never came! Never received a call or email telling me that there would be no delivery. My customers and myself have called several times to only have the phone ring and ring . I let it ring for 20 minutes just to see. When I finally got a hold of them only after having someone at the corporate office call them with me on hold do they try and explain what was going on. And all they did was run around in circles and never made sense and blamed it on everyone else. Go to Sonora lumber! The people who work at Lowe's Sonora are bottom of the barrel and have a huge problem with lying. The rudest most uninformed management I've ever encountered.

Went in to buy a TV moving box. There was only one and it was laying on the floor, when I picked it up the bottom had about a quart of a gooey chemical substance making it worthless for moving and storage of my sisters TV.
