My 8 year old daughter had the back of her head split open by this non- padded plexiglass swing on 9/21/24. She had to get staples in her head. It should be illegal for this swing to be in this facility with NO - PADDING !!! When my daughter was bleeding from her head this facility didn’t even have a first aid kit available in case of emergencies. Thank goodness it didn’t hit the front of my child’s face or her throat it would have been catastrophic! The facility took down my contact info on day of injury and NO one has contacted me since the day of incident. They don’t care about the well-being of your children they just care about the $ they are making. Please please do your homework and check these facilities out and just KNOW if your child gets injured REBOUNDERZ will NOT be following up in regards to their injuries. I pray this doesn’t happen to anyone else ?

We booked our party with Rebounderz as a destination party for our son. The hostess Isabella was amazing! She took care of checking our guests in and food and helped with all the details and clean up so we didn't have to worry about anything! Food was good and the bounce houses were awesome! Our guests thoroughly enjoyed the party, especially our son. The price was very decent for all the food+activities and worry free experience. We will definitely come back again!

Lance and miracle were the absolute best! I was worried that I wasn’t going to be happy as I haven’t had a party at a place like this before. Always been in charge of my own parties at home. But they gave me ease taking over and handling everything so smoothly. They were so respectful and kind to the kids. You can tell they enjoy their jobs. Not just put up with people for a check. Thank you so much lance and miracle for making my babies party a good one.

We recently hosted my nephew's birthday party at Rebounderz and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish! The highlight of our visit was the amazing service provided by Miracle, one of the staff members. She was incredibly kind to everyone and attentive to our request throughout the entire duration of the party. She made sure everything ran smoothly.

Her friendly demeanor and willingness to help with anything we needed made the day even more enjoyable. Whether it was refilling drinks/ ordering food, helping with cutting the cake, or keeping the kids organized during the activities. Miracle went above and beyond to make sure we had a stress-free and memorable day.

If you're looking for a fun place to host a kid's party, I highly recommend Rebounderz. If you're lucky enough to have Miracle helping you, you're in for a great time!

My 4 year old had a birthday party last weekend and it was a huge success. Caden was super responsive in advance and answered all my questions. Isabella was an incredible host and checked-in the attendees quickly so they could get right to bouncing. She also coordinated the party transitions seamlessly (which is not easy with 20 rambunctious kids!). Would definitely recommend doing a kids birthday here if you don't want to have to worry about lifting a finger (aside from bringing the dessert).

We recently had the first visit to Rebounderz for my daughter’s classmate’s 10th birthday. It was an interesting visit to say the least, I won’t go into detail because it’s not important. The treatment by the manager, Tyler, was great. We had some issues and he, and every other staff member, was so appreciated! I hope the staff is recognized for their ability my to handle stress, recover and make things the best for the kids. Thank you to the STAFF and on-site management for your kindness and treatment of all of the kiddos and their families there to have fun. My daughter had a blast with the various activities, especially the climbing area, and was exhausted when we left. Also, I’m the worst with names and forgot the name of the young person that was our party’s person, but she was the BEST and deserves so much recognition. In addition, the young man with strawberry blonde, longer, curly hair that was at the front when we came in, he also deserves recognition. Shelbie was also the sweetest and so patient. We appreciate all of you and your ability to balance and do what’s right to make it the best experience for the people visiting. Thank you!!!

Our visit to this location was great, there was a few minor issues we saw while here like: not a lot of staff around to clean up the place, the sanitation of a lot of the inflatable products, areas needing more refs to assist, areas being closed because not enough staff. The price for the visit for a all day was fair and worked perfectly. The food and food area was ok, pizza was ok nothing spectacular, popcorn was over buttered and poorly cooked..

Overall if you really want a new experience for your kiddos to tire them out 100% and just let them go hog wild this is definitely the place to go, Family of 4 or 5 and $200 you should be good to go!

We had Isabella as our room helper for my son's 10th Minecraft birthday party. She was phenomenal. She was friendly , very helpful and attentive to my chaotic start. She always had a smile on her face and I truly value her superb customer service. Her energy was just what the kids needed. I would highly recommend her.
The facility was great for my 10 year old and his friends. It also accommodated my 5 year old and his friends. Overall, it is a great place to take the kids and occupy them. It definitely wears them out will the variety of activities.
The food was really good. The pizzas were fluffy , fresh, ans tasty.
I don't use it, but there are massage chairs for the adults .
