I have been told 10 am for activity but even waiting 3 hours I didn’t got chance to do Bungy and it’s just a management policy to make wait in there premises and do hospitality business , because if we wait long enough we have to eat in there restaurant which was so expensive .

I recently had the misfortune of dealing with this establishment, and I was thoroughly unimpressed. The management's ineptitude and lack of accountability were staggering.

*Key Issues:*

1. *Time Punctuality:* Appointments and schedules were consistently disregarded, wasting valuable time.
2. *Front Desk Staff:* Unfriendly, unhelpful, and unprofessional.
3. *Exorbitant Prices:* Overpriced services with little value for money.
4. *Business-Oriented:* The focus seemed solely on profits, with no regard for customer satisfaction.

*Conclusion:*
Avoid this place unless absolutely necessary. The combination of poor management, unprofessional staff, and exorbitant prices makes for a frustrating experience.

Fantastic experience doing bungy and swing. The staff was super helpful and mindful of all aspects of dangers. We were well briefed about the nature of our activity.

Special shoutout to the folks at registration desk and the actual crew (Biswas) who made it memorable.

Our first jump was excellent, which encouraged us to go for a second jump. However, we forgot to bring the card required for the discount. Prior to our visit, we called to inform them about this and mentioned that we had a video as proof. Despite showing the video upon arrival, the customer service representative refused to provide the discount, stating that they needed a clear front-facing view of the jumper's face, which we found unreasonable since the video clearly identified us.

We were especially frustrated because we had confirmed the procedure over the phone before coming in. The representative's lack of professionalism and empathy was evident, making the experience even more disappointing. The long journey to get there made this poor service all the more disheartening.

We just went to visit the restaurant. There was a complimentary khaja set wich we paid as a ticket.but the food which they provided us wasn't fresh there was there was Rancid smell

Went for Bungee & climbing. Lots of fun & daring stuffs to do and mostly the place is amazing. Rich with nature , mountains, rivers and cool breeze.

For bungee 9000NPR if you don’t want to do then take entry feee ₹500 and either you can have food or you can do any one other activities
Restaurant area is best
Safety is also very good

Best place for adventure. Food was okay. Have to visit there if adventure is on your bucket list.
