My friends and I had an absolutely incredible experience here on Saturday and I wanted to use this review to say thank you to all of the staff there on the day. They were all so personable, competent and reassuring from start to finish. We stood for a little while watching people jump before we did and it ran like clockwork. You really feel like you can put your trust in the staff to keep you safe, and their reassurance gives you that extra push if you need it.

The photo set and 360 video are amazing. Admittedly quite pricey at £25 each, but factored into that is the wage of the professional photographer, and you get a free t-shirt if you buy both.

One of the best days of my life. Great staff. There was a delay but dealt with it well. Kept us upbeat and positive not letting us get too nervous. Pictures and video are really good. If any critique could just be a bit cleaner. It's right next to the quays so lots of duck/swan poop everywhere. But I was too full of adrenaline to care at the time.

The team were great on the day and made our first experience of jumping relaxing and enjoyable. I left my wedding ring in storage, I came back the next day and they'd kept it safe for me, so thankful!!!!!! Wish I'd taken her name to thank properly now.

Mad experience!! They don’t know how long it will take for somebody to jump so timing isn’t their fault. They do a great efficient job of getting the next people up in the crane and the others waiting are getting ready! Love the set up! It’s all outdoors and the free fall is an insane feeling! Staff make you feel so comfortable

I had a disappointing experience with the UK Bungee Club. They seem to prioritize their customers only before the jump. Their app for selling jump videos and photos is so outdated that newer phone models can't even install it. They promise to send the video via email within 3 days, but all you end up with is £25 less in your wallet. When I contacted them via email, they apologized for the delays, asked for the receipt number, and after providing it, I received no response regarding a refund or the video. With a new weekend approaching, there will be more people facing issues with their app and paying for a video they won't receive, just like me after 3 days... 6 days... So, a piece of advice for those whose app doesn't work: bring someone to record your experience because you might end up without any recordings of your jump, even though the jump itself and the instructor were great.

Brought as a gift for my brothers birthday to have experienced, and what a experience it was amazing day, and top quality staff thank you
