I had my daughter’s 9th birthday party at the Arlington location on Saturday and it was great! Although very busy, our host Trinity was very attentive and punctual with requests. She made sure to check in and see if I needed assistance multiple times throughout the party and was very sweet. My daughter loved her party and I can honestly say it was her most organized party. When I arrived her table was already set up and ready to go. The pizza and drinks came out at a good time and the kids said the pizza was great! I spoke with Craig leading up to the day of the party and he made sure to call and email for updates on changes needed to be made. I would definitely recommend this place for a birthday party and no child in our party had any complaints.

This review is based on our personal XP at this specific location in Arlington, TX.

Staff in the front is very polite and professional.

Now, The place felt overly crowded and I noticed all tables were labeled as "reserved" (I guess for Birthday parties or some sort of other event) which this (many parties, lead to a lot of litter around)

I noticed that the ball pit had quite a lot of dirty balls in there

I also noticed that the place in general is overly dusty, the nets from the playground area, the vents, bathrooms.

As a parent, cleanliness it is a MUST when I PAY to take my kids to an indoor playground. I am not sure if there is a lack of employees/ or people are simply not doing their jobs.. but this place could not pass inspection... It is way too filthy.

This place is a standing virus; it’s so filthy. It does not look like they clean it too often at all. All the wavier kiosk are out of service. The balls in the course are dirty, as is the jungle gym where my toddlers were playing. Then you have to find someone to open up the other parts, like the zip lining/rock climbing. It's being run by teens with no customer service; there are definitely better places to go. I don’t recommend it at all. They ran that place down.

We had our daughter's 10th birthday party at this location on Saturday, and we paid for the most expensive package available to us. They say you get what you pay for, but I did not feel this was true based on the service provided by the party host. The host seemed inconvenienced by our presence, and she did not have a friendly demeanor at all. It takes certain skills and personality traits to work in the hospitality industry, especially with children, but unfortunately our host seemed to lack the necessary skills and traits necessary for her role.
We ordered several pizzas for 14 children; she handed me gloves and asked if she would like me to "help" her serve. Although I do not mind helping, for $400 I do not think it was my job to serve. When it came time to have cake, she did not even offer to assist with cutting and/or passing it out. Overall, she was transactional, largely absent and somewhat rude. Lastly, the package we paid for included the rock climbing wall, but no one was stationed there. Instead, we were supposed to go to the front to request someone to come assist. No one was stationed at the rock wall, but I often observed groups of staff gathered around talking and laughing. They seemed way more focused on their peers than their customers. Overall, our daughter and the children had a good time, but as the one who paid for the experience I am very disappointed.

We were looking forward to enjoy our evening here but our experience was horrible. The staff lacks organization. There was only one gentleman monitoring the dodgeball area but every other area was left unsupervised. Teens are not cautious around the smaller children so supervision by staff should be mandatory. It was overcrowded and there was nothing clean about this place.

We celebrate my daughter’s 4th birthday at Urban Air Arlington. The staff were super friendly and the party packages are very affordable. Our party host Trinity was very attentive and kind.

We walked in and were able to get our tickets right away. We were there for about 3 hours in total. The kids had a ball and my husband and I ordered a large cheese pizza and funnel cake fries. And they were both pretty good for the price. Their card machine stopped working for a bit but was able to get it back up and running in no time for more snacks. Overall, it was a great time during spring break, and we only spent a total of $80 for a family of 4.
