Perfect stay, the owners are so friendly and helpful. Great location with a fabulous view of the slopes. It is a 2 minute walk to the centre of Kirchberg town. The whole pension is incredibly clean. We loved the breakfast every morning, they have lovely fresh breads each day. The sauna is great especially after a long day of skiing. The room we had was lovely and was a great size for 2/3 people, with plenty of space for luggage, we had a lovely spacious balcony that looked out onto the slopes. Very nice boot room as-well, although I would recommend getting a locker at the intersport at the fleckhambahn gondola, it will save you having to carry your gear up quite a steep hill everyday. The pictures on tripadvisor don’t do this place justice, it is a traditional yet also modern gorgeous place to stay. I can’t fault it!! (they also have plenty of room for cars in case you drove to kirchberg)

Very beautiful place to stay, in rural Austria and it is recommended. The rooms are extremely spacious, bright with light and very clean. The bathroom and the fixtures are new and not run down. Comfortable beds, room service daily. The breakfast is lovely and the garden in the back as well as the toys kept my little ones occupied while we were in. The town is only a short walk away. The villa staff is excellent, always smiling and especially good with kids. This review would have been excellent, but it is not for only two small reasons. There is no minibar/fridge provided which is not easy when you are travelling with children. The second reason is the huge construction side, right accross the villa which was quite noisy and blocking the beautiful view from our apartment.

Wonderful hotel with an extensive breakfast menu.
Staff are so friendly and efficient. Great two night stopover although longer stays would be good.
We were in the annex but found it just as comfortable.

Do customers have to fight for the service and their rights while on vacation ?
It is the worst place I have ever stayed, visiting ski hotels in Austria since 20 years!
You have to spend a lot of energy to ask for things you pay for and be lucky that somebody will help the situation in case somethings go wrong.
The night we arrived the room was freezing cold. We couldn’t sleep at night. There was nobody in the reception. There was only a paper with a telephone number, where you had to call and they didn’t answer at all.
We had to wait until the next morning when breakfast was served to speak with the woman who was on duty. In our surprise she was not polite at all. Finally she told us that she will ask her son to regulate the heating for the room.
A few days later we entered the room and there was no electricity. We called the manager but unfortunately again nobody answered. We were calling a lot of times and luckily after a few hours she answered. I told her that the room had no electricity and they have to fix the problem and she was aggressive even accused us that the room was very hot and we had to open the windows to cool the room.
All night till the next morning every half an hour we had to open the fuse as it went off . The next morning after arguments again she told us that her son would come and check the electricity panel. Unfortunately all these things were a mess and stress instead of calm, relaxation and skiing.
We hope our experience to help other people in their future vacations in Kirchberg.

We stayed here on a skiing trip in February 2012. The pension is a home from home, beautifully decorated, very clean and cosy with a gorgeous breakfast. The hostess was very nice and helpful. I would highly recommend and I would definitely return.

Once you enter the villa pension greeted by the owner you realize you entered heaven..The hospitality.. the warmth.. the view from the room to the austrian apls is just breathtaking . The villa is just in the centre of town close to reastaurants. i highly reccomend this accomadation.

Ich hatte das Vergnügen, in der wundervollen Villa Lisa dem feinen Boutiquehotel zu übernachten, und es war einfach fantastisch! Schon beim Check-in wurde ich von einem sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Team begrüßt. |Die Suite war hervorragend – modern eingerichtet, mit allen Annehmlichkeiten, die man sich wünschen kann. Besonders die Ausstattung hat mich begeistert: ein bequemes Bett, ein eigenes Fernsehzimmer, ein gut ausgestattetes Bad und genügend Platz, um sich richtig wohlzufühlen. Balkon mit Topaussicht auf die Berge. Wellnessbereich mit Sauna, Infrarotkabine, lichtdurchfluteten Ruheraum und Frischluftbereich. Ruhige Sonnenterasse mit Liegestühlen im Gartenbereich.|Die Villa Lisa ist zudem ein absoluter Geheimtipp der Region! Sie liegt in einer ruhigen, aber dennoch gut erreichbaren Gegend, von der aus man viele interessante Orte schnell erreichen kann. Die Umgebung bietet tolle Möglichkeiten für Ausflüge und Erkundungen.|Ich kann diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen und freue mich schon auf meinen nächsten Aufenthalt!
