Decided to take our family here for our daughters 7th birthday.. the photos online looked fun but when we arrived we quickly realized that this place was extremely worn down, all of the attractions we were most excited to experience were out of order. Wouldn’t be too bummed but we drove all the way from San Diego and paid for the day pass and didn’t get even half of what we were expecting. So much stuff was broken, super worn out safety pads, holes in nets and a huge crack and loose bolts coming out of the slide. The staff was literally all kids who were glued to their phones literally every time you look at an employee they’re just doom scrolling on their phone. Used the family restroom which was HORRENDOUS. Like god only knows when the last time that toilet was actually scrubbed and there was pee all over the floor and everywhere which was even more gross because we’re wearing grip socks and then playing and jumping with those pee socks on. Jumped into the foam pit and the foam is so old and literally disintegrating, as soon as I jumped in I got a bunch of foam debris in my eyes. We were most excited for the laser beam obstacle course and the rock climbing wall and the bull but of course the main 3 things we came for were closed! I wish I had read the reviews before coming here… you can see that many many reviews are similar and the owner seems to personally respond to every single one of them yet nothing improves in the conditions. The bathrooms are what really got me how about you have one of those kids get off their phones and make sure cleanliness stayed maintained during operating hours. Thankfully our kids had fun because they don’t know any better but this place was extremely ghetto. Was expecting much better quality for Irvine.

After my review below, they gave us free tickets.
We went on a Saturday morning and to my disappointment they did not even bother to vacuum the floor from the day before.
All things were still broken, not working or removed, although the owner told me they were fixed. I'm really sorry to say, but this is the worst place I ever took my kid and will never go again, I threw out the remaining free tickets they gave us.

A lot of things are broken, not working, removed, need repairs. A year ago everything was working, too bad.

Everything is in disrepair, holes in nets high up, loose plank in bridge, broken swings, worn out safety pads, dirty tables, full trash, no staff keeping kids out of trouble, toiletries out of stock, toilet seats extremely loose... Owners clearly don't care. I'd love to keep coming and even pay a bit more if safety, maintenance, and cleanliness were a priority.

The place is fun, there's plenty for the kids to do, very spacious. Weekends are probably not the best time to visit due to birthday parties. It's a little messy, crowded and dirty, but you can't expect anything else given the number of kids :). Customer service can be improved though, it seems like the place is ran by kids. Front desk is not very interested in providing customer service. Parking is going to be challenging

I'm sure this place was great when it first opened, but it is kinda of run down and dirty now. A lot of items and attractions were broken.

Decent space - the kids have fun, jumping, climbing in the structures, dodge ball area and laser room.
But they really need to remodel and make it more comfortable for the many parents who are trying to sit. They’ve removed the sofas with stains on them but they only have two sofas left so they still need more adult sitting space. Some of the attractions are beaten up by the kids, the bull pen is never open and the rotating arm is often damaged.

One warning it does get very crowded on the weekends with birthday parties with limited areas to sit and wait.

Very, very, very dirty. No toilet paper. Trash literally overflowing. Based on other comments about how dirty the place is, clearly, there's no cleaning schedule. Lots of younger people working here, most of them just standing around talking/ on their phones. My kids seemed to loved it though, even though one had to use extremely rough paper towels to wipe after pooping... The owner seems to always reply "please email me directly to talk about your concerns" but in reality nothing ever changes. Sad.
