Loved this workout, challenging, but soo much fun! Location was great, clean & well-ventilated. I felt totally safe & the bungees were attached comfortably. Natalie did a great job instructing (especially "newbies" like me) & motivating all of us in the class! I will do this again ?

I started bungee with Natalie in March, I took a class with my daughter and I can't say enough great things about Firefly Bungee and Natalie. Her Bungee class is 7 people and then the instructor. Very small class(which seems a lot of women like) and a personal workout. I'm not a person who works out in gym's. I typically work out at my home gym, but once I did one class I was hooked!

Natalie is patient with all the new people that take her class. She's very personal and makes everyone feel welcome. She explains the safety of the skill she teaches, as she doesn't want anyone to get hurt. Once you are hooked in if you need adjusted she will do it for you.

Level 1 you are getting use to having to trust bungee cords and do skills that your mind tells you "no thanks, are you crazy"..
Level 2 you increase your skills and it's a much faster pace.

I have been doing back to back level 1 and level 2 on Monday's for the last month to get an amazing workout!

Natalie is an amazing owner! The first time I came here was for a dance class and she immediately introduced herself and recognized I was new! I loved the class and was looking forward to my bungee class. I now do bungee classes weekly and love it! I have joined a wonderful group of ladies and look forward to it every week!
