This was my first stay at the property. First of all, I would like to thank the reception team for their assistance, especially during the room change process. Their helpful attitude created a positive impression in terms of guest satisfaction. The location of the hotel is excellent. Breakfast was enjoyable, with good variety and satisfying quality. However, several operational and technical issues within the room negatively affected the overall comfort of the stay. The in-room telephone was not functioning, which is a significant concern in case of any emergency, as it made it impossible to reach anyone. Additionally, the hotel informed me that slippers were out of stock, which also had a negative impact on the experience. There were missing bathroom amenities as well. Some standard items were not available in the room, and due to the non-functional telephone, it was not possible to report these missing items. On a positive note, the housekeeping team delivered a good daily cleaning service, and the hygiene of the room was satisfactory.

Great staff, good location, nice drinks. A few issues on arrival were sorted promptly a d free drinks to compensate most welcome. The one issue we came across in all rooms was noise from outside. Whilst the windows are double glazed, they didn't close tightly and so during the night there was disturbance, and this was across three rooms. By simply pressing on the frame it stopped a lot of that noise so the windows all need adjustment and then it would be perfect.

We were not hotel guests, we only came for breakfast — but the treatment we received was truly exceptional. The service was amazing, and the staff were very friendly from the reception, especially Camil, all the way to the breakfast room.

A special mention to Jean, the F&B Manager, who was very welcoming and friendly.

If we visit this area again, we would definitely prefer to book a room with them. The hospitality we experienced here was far better than the hotel where we were actually staying.

It’s a nice, centrally located hotel, but some things could have been better. To begin with, the reception staff could have been more welcoming. The breakfast area would benefit from having a second coffee machine, as guests currently wait up to ten minutes just for a morning coffee. A few additional tables in the breakfast area would also help.||The hotel has only one elevator, which results in long waiting times. The backyard room I was given didn’t have a view, and despite facing the back, it was still noisy early in the morning due to staff working and moving items.||On the positive side, the single standard room is quite spacious and includes all the amenities you might need (mini-bar, safe, open closet, desk). Also, the cleanliness of the room is very good and consistent throughout the stay. So, despite the small shortcomings, it is overall a solid choice.

We had a great time at this hotel! The staff was nice and friendly, the receptionist especially was very accomodating and provided us with excellent service. The first room we were given was a twin bed, but it wasn't to our liking, when we informed reception, she went trough some rooms with us and gave us a wonderful room on the 5th floor in the end. Thank You, Seida 🤗

Here is the situation regarding this hotel. Unfortunately, my expectations were obviously too high. Everything was quite poor — from the way we were welcomed, to the fact that every second day we had to reprogram our room cards because they stopped working, and even the main door to our room didn’t function properly. When the door closed, it could still be opened from the outside.

Housekeeping was also very insufficient. Every time we left the room and came back, we would only receive fresh towels and the bed would be roughly made, but nothing else was cleaned — especially the bathroom. Overall, we were very disappointed with this hotel. The rooms were cold as well.

For a hotel of this size, with so many guests, especially during the trade fair, this level of service is unacceptable. Breakfast during the fair was also very poor — food was often missing or not replenished at all, and sometimes there wasn’t even a free table to sit at.

Regarding the service in the breakfast restaurant, everything was excellent — the girls working there were very kind and willing to help. However, the reception staff, especially some of the men working there, had a very poor attitude. The person who welcomed us was extremely unpleasant. Also, for two people in a room, we received only one bottle of water, which is absolutely unacceptable.

All in all, my overall impression of this hotel is very negative, and I hope things will be better next year.

We have been coming to this hotel for the last twenty years, for Medica. Though people have left and come, all of them were always nice and very professional...specially the people working now a days at NH Kö. (Clara, Rafael, Jean, Camill and many others whose name I can not recall now) Friendly, kind, helpful, eager to help in any way. Rooms clean, space enough to be comfortable, clean, beds and bedding clean and fresh, bathroom with all amenities.Air Conditioning very good, Bkfst in dinning room just great with everything you can ask to start the day. People very kind. Small bar very well provided, in one word Excellent!! in every way. A great hotel, near Kö, restaurants, taxis at the door, Worth come back every year!!! Thank You all of the people of NH Kö.

We stayed at the NH Hotel during the trade fair, and I can say that we were extremely disappointed with the service. Starting with the reception, which was very unpleasant, and continuing with the rest of the staff who showed no willingness to help with luggage at all.

The rooms were in terrible condition — the bathroom was not cleaned properly, the room itself was not cleaned properly, it was extremely cold inside, and the air conditioning did not work. Even when we set it to heating mode, it continued to blow cold air.

As for the breakfast, the hotel should go back to the prehistoric era, as people probably ate better back then. It was truly unacceptable — breakfast was consistently poor, and something was always missing. Throughout the entire week of our stay, there was always a lack of food, or entire dishes were simply not available at the buffet.

In addition, the room doors can be opened from the outside with just a slightly stronger push, meaning anyone can enter someone else’s room at any time. This is completely unacceptable. This is not a 4-star hotel; this is a 1-star hotel at best.

Thank you, and we will never return.
