Small hotel outside of cologne. About 40mins drive to cologne Messe. Reasonable prices. No lifts so don’t carry heavy bags unless you can get a room on the ground floor. Good restaurant on premise for dinner. Haven’t tried lunch. Nothing much else to do. Sheets need to be changed. Basic breakfast. Good for those driving by or business

Recommended by family, stopped over on the way back to ferries. Easy to find, on street parking, family run. Our room was like a mini suite with the biggest bathroom I have ever seen, just off the main courtyard garden, with its own private, enclosed terrace. Restaurant excellent quality and reasonably priced. Breakfast ample with lots of fresh food. Lovely old black Labrador and a raggedy ginger puss to fuss over. Additional function suite with private terrace available too. At five mins from motorway and only 80 odd euros a night with breakfast, we will definitely be back

I stayed here during business in the area and can only say that I will use it again||It is a smaller hotel but with large rooms. The rooms are all individual and have nice decor that I like. It was nice and clean and the bathrooms seemed fairly newly renovated.||The hotel is located right on a major street, however, parking is available on the premises, behind d the hotel free of charge or across the street, also free of charge.||The breakfast was included in the price. It was simple but adequate and very fresh and the coffee was strong, just as it should. Good hotels are hard to find in this area but now that I have found one I will most likely be back.

Stayed one night on business and the building with garden courtyard is nice. Sitting outside in the 'secret garden' is lovely on a nice evening. ||The room (I was 19) is well furnished and large but only had doors that opened (making it insecure) and of course no aircon so hot. Thick walls means no/limited phone signal. ||Breakfast ok, but quite basic. ||Staff a little 'abrupt' but efficient. ||For the price and the location I'd stay again but definitely more budget b&b than hotel.

The pricing and the last minute availability was perfect! Make sure to bring cash. The bathroom in the 1 bedroom unit was beautiful and very spacious.

Good hotel located in a town not too far from Cologne. Doesn't look much from the outside and their web site needs a proper photo, however inside the room we stayed in was comfortable and they had an excellent restaurant. good police for an overnight stay.

Really lovely hotel.... rooms were beautiful. Was very quiet and didn't see any other guests. Guessing that it hasn't got back to normal after covid but I really hope it does as its a great place.

Temperature of the room can't be set, missing soap in the shower, wifi signal only in washroom, oldhashioned, damaged wall, no english tv channels, food from previous guest in the fridge, ... ||Restaurant is fine.
