Just had my daughter’s birthday party here! First time going! And my daughter and our family/ friends were so impressed! We had an amazing time !! Thank you for making it a great birthday! And experience! We will be visiting again!

I had the party for my 11 year old son and it was very easy to do. I really liked that I was able to do the reservation online. A day later a got a phone call from Jump USA for details and I was actually even able to change the date of the party at no extra cost. I loved the fact that I was able to take food from outside, like sandwiches and vegetable trays as well as a cooler with drinks. Anothter thing that I also liked was that the place is so big that kids have enough space to jump and play with a minimum risk of bumping into each other. Lastly, I like that we were given the option of staying until the placed closed, we had to leave the "party room" at the time arranged, but the kids could continue jumping until closing and parents had to move to the general area, which we did. So instead of having basically a 2 hour party, I ended up staying for a total of 4 hours. Worth the money.

It looks deceiving but it's actually a really well staffed clean and fun place to entertain the kids!! Great for parties especially mon - thurs it's 199 for a simple party pk comes out to 215 after tax with no add one and 20 slots for jumpers

This place is AWESOME!!! My daughter and I are such huge fans! It's a locally owned business, and we feel welcome every time we come through. There's also a karaoke room and other attractions. I prefer this place over Urban Air(I've been to North and South Urban Air locations--both overcrowded, overpriced, and for some reason the lights are low Not great for trying to watch kids). My daughter has met many friends here, too. There are several jump areas and even some inflatable jump houses, soccer area, arcade.. . Lots more. And yes, parents: there are massage chairs. Win win WON!

Amazing place to Go with your kids. They have Giant Trampolines and a Ninja course that is so Cool. Great Staff. I Paid $20 bucks per child and got Unlimited jumping for a Full Month!!!!

I normally come here but I never brought my nephew who is 3 years old with us . I also use to bring my son when he was about 3 back then I never had to pay extra he was very Social Motivated to play on his own . I understand some kids need a parent to play but not all kids are the same . A parent should not have to pay if not jumping I think that a steel of money she was okay I don’t have to jump just pay should of said he was 4? I think next time we are not coming here?no more when we have kids that are 3 an d under . I see why it’s not been so busy lately .. I think they wcan be better! Maybe if they like to be strict and care about the safety of the little ones 3 and under they should Probably take it into consideration and have a space for 4 and under for those parents that don’t want to jump. It be really nice not to have to pay if we’re not jumping I understand some parents might like to pay so they may jump with their child I understand safety 1st I would believe that’s why the parents are there Supervising the kids cause it’s not a daycare.
