So far away from the center of cologne. You have to spend 40 minutes on a tram to reach the hotel. That is not a very good experience especially in the evening. However, the room is good. Clean and organized. The most important thing is, the bed is comfortable. Overall, I would give a 7 out of 10.

Recently visited Cologne with my two sisters for a Christmas market break and we were looking for well priced accommodation on the outskirts of the city. This accommodation met those needs. It was easy to get to and from the hotel via the tram links and the hotel staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. We had a room for three but unfortunately the only downside was how uncomfortable the sofa bed was which meant we struggled to sleep well - next time I would definitely book 2 rooms. The communal areas of the hotel are modern and well furnished, the room itself does require a little bit of updating, but it was perfectly functional for our needs when we spent so little time in the hotel.

The staff is very knowledgeable; Breakfast spread was good with fruits, Local bread options, hot breakfast and lots of cheese and meat selections;
The rooms are rather small and the bathrooms are way more cramped than even downtown hotels. I did hit my elbow and ankle entering the shower, toilet nook is only for the slimmer folks

Excellent. Clean and enough parking spaces (15 euro). Free swimming pool and bathtub in the room are also a big plus for my kid. 2 Large supermarkets across the street. Will come again.

Considering the hotel's remote location (not close to the centre) and its overall facilities, the hotel is rather overpriced. Rooms are small and rather outdated, beds are not so comfortable and the restaurant menu is limited. On the plus side, staff were friendly and breakfast was quite good!
Overall, the hotel has the prices of a 4* but the quality and facilities of a 3*.

Practical stop if you’re here on business, driving through, or heading for the football. The hotel sits close to the motorway with ample parking and a tram stop nearby (20–30 minutes into the city centre). Shops and a supermarket are just around the corner, so you’re not stranded.||I was here for a seminar and the food at lunch was fine, with attentive service and staff who were genuinely approachable. Rooms were fine too – air con worked properly, and, rare luxury these days, the windows opened fully. Of course, if you do open them you’ll hear the hum of the main road or motorway, so best to choose your trade-off.||If you want to stretch your legs, green areas are very close by. It’s easy to do a 5 km round walk (or go further if you’re keen), making it a handy base for walking or jogging.||Overall, not a holiday hideaway but a practical choice: good for work trips, catching up with friends or family in the area, or a matchday stop near Cologne’s stadium.||Verdict: I’d stay again when I need a functional base with parking rather than a city-centre address.

Struggled to get through to the hotel as the phone number on the app used to make booking was in correct. The hotel is easy to find and transport links from the airport I give a 10/10 plus connection to the city was super easy. Upon arrival, the service desk staff were pleasant and apologised. Finally checked in and the room was clean and well done. However, my room was facing the major road and extremely noisy during the entire stay as the road is a busy one. Ordered a late dinner and disappointed with my under done beef patty, the bun it came with required an electric knife to get through. I did complain and an apology was given. Now, the hotel room doors bang whenever they’re being closed and made my stay unbearable. Something definitely needs to be done as I was put off!! Before retiring to bed, I hung the notice to not be disturbed..alas! the following morning after breakfast I just wanted to have a quiet time but I was rudely interrupted, disturbed coupled with the loud doors as the cleaners went about their inspections 2 x in a space of 10 minutes. I would have loved to stay here on future visits but it’s a NO!! The breakfast was lovely, sauna and swimming pool facilities too. I did not use the gym. Otherwise it’s in a good safe location.

Pretty standard hotel on outskirts of the city. Staff were warm and helpful. Bedroom was functional and clean. We arrived late just in time for last orders in the kitchen which they accommodated kindly and we had a decent enough meal and a very welcome ice cold beer after a long day of travel. |Good quantity of parking (for a fee) and electric car charging points (bring your own cable is standard in Germany). |20 mins drive and we were in the city itself.
