Worst experience in the world! I would love for the owner to contact me! We have the whole thing recorded. 4 girls went to jump here one was in a long dress. They took the girls to the scale took our money then said you need to change her into shorts or she can’t jump. We said sorry we don’t have a change of clothes with us please just give us our money back. The lady, (You CAN NOT MISS HER in the picture) said just dispute the charge with your bank we don’t do refunds and if it’s a issue we can take your other kids who were already jumping off and call mall security and have you escorted out. Horrible people & horrible service.

It was fun me and my 2 cousins got on and we didn’t know if we would be able to but they told use the weight limits before n they don’t do refunds but we still decide to get on n that’s when they told we could do flips which was even better thank you

This is the worst experience. We came to visit and our kiddo wanted to jump. The jump attendant had a poor attitude and seemed to be annoyed around children. She proceeded to sit on her phone and not interact or give instruction on how to jump or flip. Will NOT return.

Fun place to take the kids to have fun learning new tricks. Manager is awesome they stay busy but always have a good attitude towards customers and the kids

If I could give zero stars I would. Customer service was absolutely horrible and the manager was not worth speaking to. Before paying I asked about any weight and/or age restrictions. I was told by the young man that my son could jump so I paid. After we were waiting in line the young lady said that my son didn’t meet the age criteria. I requested a refund due to the conflict between the 2 workers and was told that all sales are final. The manager was contacted and only repeated all sales are final but we can give you a coupon. 1. It’s not my fault the employees don’t know the policies. 2. I was visiting San Antonio so a coupon for a later visit was unacceptable 3. The manager needs customer service training
