Spent two nights here, what a wonderful experience. We would have stayed longer, but were
locked into a schedule. Beautiful views, friendly staff, very accommodating. Talked at length with the owner (who spoke excellent English), she was extremely nice. You can't go wrong staying here if you talk to the owner, be sure to ask about her Lincoln, it's an amazing story any car lover will enjoy

The hotel is located above Schermuetzelsee and the lakeside rooms offer a very nice view of the scenery. Unfortunately, the rooms are rather small and the furniture as well as the bathroom are a bit worn down already.||||The service provided by the hotel staff is exceptionally poor: WLAN is advertised on the hotel's web site as available in the rooms but none of the people I met succeeded to connect, only around the reception. The hotel owner failed to recognize this false advertising as a problem. Furthermore, my room was not cleaned during the day and if one wanted to have breakfast at the beautiful lake side terrace, guests were asked to bring dishes and cutlery outside themselves.

Rooms are functional. Bathrooms very small. However, this is made irrelevant due to the excellent location, the use of boats and the lake swimming. The staff at the hotel are friendly and helpful. Their attitude makes this a really relaxing choice for a holiday. Also, the town of Buckow is lovely, good restaurants and useful shops.

The room I had was very small with very outdated chipboard furniture. The bathroom was tiny with a badly worn plastic shower enclosure. There was no tea or coffee making facilities and only very small towels. The General decor was clean but outdated. The breakfast was very poor. Limited choice of cereal, little fresh fruit and at 08.00 only one spoonful of cold scrambled egg and a few very cheap sausages in baked beans which were also cold remained.||I couldn't connect to the wifi at all.

This hotel is beautifully located direct at the Schermützesee in Buckow and looks also really okay. Unfortunatelly the rooms are so small that the bed fills the room totallyy and if you have a room near the lake in a kind of bungalows everything in the rrom is just damp.||They call their breakfast a bio breakfast and you pay 10 € for it but it`s nothing else than standard cold cuts or cheese from the next super market.

Nice Hotel with a great Location on the lake, rooms are okay, food is good and also vegan options available. Great place for a weekend away from the city

The restaurant was understaffed and it took one hour to have our food at the table. The food was amazing, though. The place and the view are beautiful.
