What a great experience and so well organised. Super professional team and really friendly and efficient. I’ve done other jumps abroad but never in the UK before. Great value and I’d definitely recommend it ?

I went to the jump in Bristol and they were really professional, lovely, and totally put me and everyone else at ease. They went through all the safety checks several times with several different people as absolute assurance to everyone each and every time, they treat you like an individual rather than just another customer, they were personable, chatty and knew exactly what to do with each person to help them do their bungee jump. Clearly the people that I had on my day love what they do. Value was great as well so can't go wrong there!

My husband did it a few years ago. I saw people doing it back in 2012 I think. I always thought it was too dangerous and scary. And i didn’t want to risk his life One of my friends, Laura said that her husband did it and said that he was scared aswell but managed to do it. My husband did it just to overcome his fear.

Amazing experience at UKBungee Bristol yesterday! Not only did I feel safe and get an adrenaline rush, but I also had fun because of the energy and enthusiasm from your staff! They were inviting, flexible to each guest’s character (either reassuring to those who felt scared, or boosting the danger/thrill aspect for those who were already confident)! Thank you so much for treating me and my group like the only people there, despite the fact that you had to do the same to hundreds of other people during the day. I’ll treasure this experience for life!

Probably one of the worst booking process and customer service ever, online booking system never works, calls are not through, emails not replied to.

Today I finally got through to someone on the phone after 1H and was told that it’s automatically booked when you enquire a certain date via email…anyway if they can’t even get the booking process right how can I trust them with an activity like bungee jumping Please just save yourself from all of the stress and trouble I went through!
